Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Camello, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience for every user. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer clear and transparent options for returns, refunds, and cancellations.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled **before they are shipped** from the seller.
- To cancel an order, go to "My Orders" and click on "Cancel" next to the item.
- If the order has already been shipped, you may opt for a return after delivery.
- In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated after cancellation confirmation.
3. Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Products such as innerwear, personal hygiene products, or opened food items are not returnable.
- To initiate a return, go to “My Orders” and select “Return” with reason.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within **5–7 business days**.
If you paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), we will request your bank or UPI details to transfer the amount.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Returned items found to be used, damaged, or altered.
- Items returned after the return window has expired.
- Products marked “non-returnable” on the product page.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer product exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order separately.
