Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Serviceable Locations

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. If your area is not serviceable, you will be informed at the time of checkout.

2. Shipping Methods

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days depending on location.
  • Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days. Charges may apply.
  • Delivery timelines exclude Sundays and public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹499. A nominal delivery fee may apply for orders below the minimum threshold or for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order status from the “My Orders” section on your profile.

5. Delayed or Failed Delivery

  • In case of delay due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.), we’ll keep you informed via SMS/email.
  • If delivery attempts fail, the package may be returned to the seller and a refund will be initiated (for prepaid orders).
  • COD orders may be canceled after failed delivery attempts.

6. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently operate only within India.
